A few things, made clear.
How much is one credit?
Exactly US$1 of generation value. A video charged at 0.57 credits uses US$0.57 of your balance. Your Billing page records charges, holds, and refunds.
Is the estimate the final price?
It is an estimate based on your model and settings. Actual usage can change the final charge, including a charge above the reservation. Failed or cancelled renders return their reserved credits. If usage is unavailable, the reservation is used as the final charge.
Do my credits expire?
New monthly credits expire at the end of their billing month, with no rollover. New one-time purchases expire one calendar year after payment. Credit expiry is separate from file storage. Billing shows your expiry dates. Existing balances keep their original terms.
How long are my videos and images saved?
New generated files are kept for 3 days without a subscription. Monthly plans include 5 GB (Starter), 25 GB (Creator), or 100 GB (Studio) for generated media. Files within the allowance stay saved while your plan is paid. Older files receive space first; new files beyond the allowance last 3 days. Free space or subscribe before expiry to keep temporary files. When paid storage ends or a lower allowance cannot fit your files, affected files get a 3-day download window. Expired files are automatically deleted; prompts and history remain. Files created before this policy keep their original storage terms and do not count toward the new allowance.
How do monthly plans work?
Pay $9 for 10 credits, $22.50 for 25, or $90 for 100 each month: 10% less than one-time packs. Each billing month follows your subscription start date, not the calendar month. For example, an October 27 start renews on November 27. Short months use the last available day. Failed payments add no credits, and late payments do not extend the billing period.
What happens if a render finishes after expiry?
Credits reserved before expiry can finish that render. Any unused reservation keeps its original expiry: an expired portion cannot be spent again. Your activity lists the refund and expiry separately.
Can I cancel or choose another plan?
Yes. Cancel from Billing before your next renewal to stop future charges. Monthly credits remain usable until their current billing period ends. Purchased packs keep their own one-year expiry. Once your plan ends, you can choose another plan.
